Online Coaching

Getting fit and staying fit require a commitment to yourself, your training, and your coach. So, every effort is made to make this a realistic and enjoyable journey. We will implement techniques that correspond with what motivates you to work hard and instill confidence in you as an athlete. Don’t forget, you are just as involved! You are expected to provide continuous feedback on how you are feeling, your likes & dislikes, new goals and anything else you deem valuable and appropriate. After all, this is all about you!

Online Custom Training Programs include:

  • Initial consultation (in‐person or via phone)
  • Review of current training and past performances
  • Training Schedule (e‐mailed to you 2x/month)
  • Unlimited client‐initiated e‐mail and phone correspondence
  • Weekly training review, discussion, and modification (if necessary)
