HGR wants you to experience the joy of running…or cycling, swimming or whatever it is you’re into! We understand that being fit can mean different things to different people and a one‐size‐fits‐all approach to performing optimally really doesn’t fit, well, any body! No cookie‐cutter training spreadsheets here…all training plans are customized to fit your individual needs, schedule, cardio preferences and your goals. We’re not going to make you jump into the pool if you don’t like to swim! You tell us what you like to do, how much time you have to do it, and we will create a plan tailored to meet your needs and wants.
